Accountability and standards
Delivered in-house, one point of accountability
Every part of an engagement is produced by the firm’s own people, in one engagement, with one point of accountability. There are no subcontractors and no brokered specialists.
NDA on every engagement
Every engagement runs under a non-disclosure agreement.
BAA before the first healthcare encounter
A HIPAA business associate agreement is executed before the first encounter.
No recording by default
Interpreting sessions are not recorded by default.
U.S.-located interpreters for U.S. assignments
Interpreters on U.S. assignments are located in the United States.
Cultural Compliance Bureau review
Terminology and cultural accuracy are reviewed by the firm’s Cultural Compliance Bureau.
GDPR for European engagements
GDPR applies to the firm’s European engagements.
Compliance boundary
Ariana Nexus has no offices or operations in Afghanistan, and routes nothing through channels controlled by the de facto authorities in Afghanistan.
The federal courts, the national state-court exam program and the national medical-interpreter certification bodies offer no Pashto- or Dari-specific certification, so Ariana Nexus trains its own interpreters and other interpreters in Afghan languages.
