1. Agreement
These Text Messaging Terms govern the text messaging program of Ariana Nexus LLC ("Ariana Nexus," "we," "us"), 1717 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, 10th Floor, Washington, D.C. 20006. By opting in to or using the program, you accept these terms together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which form part of them.
2. Program description
The program is conversational, person-to-person text messaging between you and individual Ariana Nexus employees, sent from business numbers assigned to those employees. Messages cover meeting scheduling and confirmations, follow-ups on work under way, answers to questions you send us, and occasional links to documents or meeting pages. Ariana Nexus does not send marketing, promotional, bulk, or automated text messages through this program.
3. How you opt in
There are three ways to opt in: by submitting the form on this page with the text messaging box ticked; by agreeing when an Ariana Nexus employee asks whether they may text you, after being told that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, and that you can reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out; or by texting an Ariana Nexus business number first. Giving us your phone number any other way, including on a business card, in an email signature, or through a form without the text messaging box ticked, is not consent to receive text messages. Consent is never a condition of any engagement or purchase. Our first message confirms your enrollment and repeats these instructions.
4. Message frequency
Message frequency varies with your conversation. After the confirmation message, you receive messages only as our work together requires and in reply to messages you send, such as HELP.
5. Message and data rates
Ariana Nexus does not charge for text messages. Message and data rates may apply to messages you send and receive, depending on your wireless plan. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless carrier.
6. Opting out
Reply STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message to stop receiving text messages. Because the program is person-to-person, an opt-out applies to the conversation with the employee and number you replied to. We send one message confirming the opt-out, and you receive no further messages from that number. To opt in again, reply START or submit the form on this page.
7. Help
Reply HELP to any message for help, or call Ariana Nexus at (202) 771-0224.
8. Your mobile number
You confirm that you are the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide. If you change or give up that number, reply STOP from it first or tell us, so we stop texting it.
9. Mobile information and privacy
Ariana Nexus uses information you provide through this program only to send your messages and respond to you. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent records are never shared with any third party, apart from Microsoft and the carriers and aggregators that deliver messages on our behalf. We may disclose information where law, regulation, or legal process requires it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information in every other context.
10. Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and network coverage.
11. Electronic records
By agreeing to receive text messages, you agree that your consent may be recorded and kept electronically. Reply STOP at any time to withdraw it.
12. Changes to these terms
Ariana Nexus may update these terms. The version and dates shown on this page identify the current terms.
