Some matters can only be raised once confidentiality is assured. This is the encrypted channel for those matters — senior to senior, where discretion is the first commitment rather than a closing line.
Confidential Leadership Inquiry is the firm's channel for sensitive senior-to-senior matters that require the strongest confidentiality the firm can provide. An inquiry begins with a minimal request through the form below, sent over the site's secure connection; from there, the firm opens an encrypted channel for the substance — so the sensitive detail moves through that channel, not through a web form. It exists for matters that cannot be raised until discretion is assured.
Most inquiries can be made in the open. A few cannot — a matter that cannot be discussed until confidentiality is settled, a question whose mere asking is sensitive, a conversation that has to be private to happen at all. For those, an ordinary contact form is the wrong instrument. This channel is built for them: the firm's strongest available confidentiality, reserved for senior-to-senior matters that genuinely require it.
For these matters, confidentiality is not a courtesy extended at the end. It is the condition that has to be met before the matter can be raised at all.
The request below is deliberately minimal, and travels over the site's secure connection. It is not where the sensitive matter is discussed. On receiving it, the firm opens an encrypted channel — a secure method it confirms when opening it — and the substance is taken up there, not in any web form. Two things follow from this, and the firm states them plainly: no channel is absolutely secure, and the inquirer should share no more than is necessary until the encrypted channel is open. Within those honest limits, this is the most confidential route the firm offers.
This request is minimal by design. Please do not include the sensitive matter here — the firm will open an encrypted channel for it. Share only enough to be reached securely.
If the matter does not require encryption but still belongs at the top, Contact the Office of the Principal is the direct, confidential line. For direct senior contact on an ordinary institutional matter, Speak with a Principal is the route. The firm's overall confidentiality and security posture is set out in the Trust Center.
Neither does a matter that has waited only for a channel discreet enough to carry it. When discretion is settled, the conversation can begin.
