The disparity is real whether or not it was studied. These study it — for the populations usually missing from the data.
Health Equity Studies are the firm's empirical research into the health of the populations it serves — Afghan, diaspora, and limited-English communities usually absent from the evidence base. They measure access, outcomes, and the disparities that go unstudied when a population is missing from the data, with the rigor of research and the dignity owed to people who are more than a statistic. They study health equity; they do not argue it.
Health equity is among the most argued subjects in health, and among the least studied for the populations that need it most. A disparity asserted is easy to dismiss; a disparity measured — for a population usually missing from the data — is harder to ignore and harder to deny. These studies do the harder thing: they bring research-grade method to the health of Afghan, diaspora, and limited-English communities, and report what they find, including the limits of what a single study can show. They exist so that the health of these populations is a matter of evidence, not assumption.

And what goes unmeasured goes unaddressed. These studies exist so the health of these communities is a question of evidence — carried with the dignity owed to the people in it.
The health of a population missing from the evidence base is not a matter of opinion — it is a question no one measured. These studies measure it.
When a population is absent from the data, its health is not better or worse — it is simply unknown. These studies are the work of filling that gap, one measured question at a time.
Illustrative of the data gap — the shape of what is unstudied, not study data.
The index below is bound to the firm's Research catalog and will list each study — title, topic, date, type, authorship, and a link to its method and, where applicable, a downloadable paper — sorted newest first. It is inaugural.
The first Health Equity Studies are in preparation. As studies are completed — with their methods, and where applicable their data and a downloadable paper — they will appear here. This catalog will not carry a finding the firm did not study, or a statistic it cannot stand behind.
Studies appear as they are completed, each with the methodology that produced it and, where applicable, its data and a downloadable paper. A study may be published as a working paper or a white paper, at the stage the research has reached, and cross-referenced with the firm's White Papers & Working Papers. The cadence is the research's, not a calendar's.

For the institutions and funders that want the health of under-studied populations measured rather than assumed — with rigor, dignity, and no agenda but the evidence. Briefings are conducted under NDA, in Washington, D.C. or virtually.
